Jessica allows her fixation and fascination with people and stories to guide her and, with a long established background in theatre, has a natural and captivating confidence in performance.

She delights and hypnotises with “Heartfelt and earnest storytelling”(Americana UK) and catchy, soaring melodies, delivered with a vocal quality that stops you in your tracks - a voice compared to powerful voices such as Eddi Reader and Sarah Harmer. Her blend of personal and traditional folklore focussed on the intersection of the natural and emotional world results in a body of work that warms the listener through and lingers long after.

Jessica was the winner of Litchfield Songwriting Competition 2025, Liverpool Songwriting Challenge 2024, has received BBC radio play, and supported folk acts such as Katie Spencer, Megson and Kathryn Williams. As a featured artist in the FATEA Spring 2025 Showcase download and a shortlisted artist for the Purbeck Valley Rising 2025 competition, she is already making an impact on the acoustic, folk scene.
